Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to send you what you ordered and nothing we do not need.
What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address and order details when you buy something. Your email if you join the mailing list. Analytics on how the site is used, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where the site is confusing. It masks what you type into forms, and we never see your payment details. We also use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you visit here so we can measure our ads and show them to the right people.
How we use it
To fulfil and support your order, to email you about drops if you opted in, and to keep the site working. We do not sell or rent your data.
Payments
Payments are handled by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
