Not right? No worries.
Send it back within 30 days from receiving your item to return it, and you can choose:
- Store credit: we'll cover the return shipping with a prepaid label.
- Full refund: return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Change-of-mind returns
Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Faulty, wrong or lost items
If your item is faulty, not as described, the wrong item, or your order is lost in transit, we'll make it right with a refund, repair or replacement.
